Sanitas Medical Center Florida Blue

From last year to now, I have been frustrated with scheduling an appointment, appointment being canceled by the representatives, and rescheduled one month into the future, and it is for their inconvenience. Oh the wait time for last year appointment was well over 2 hours of wait time. This place is down to 1 provider in 2025. Call center representatives at times the person clearly understands, and at many times, there's a misunderstanding with the representative. To schedule an appointment with anyone is from 1-2-3 months in the future. The last resort is urgent care and please keep in mind there unable to do labs in urgent care. I give 5 stars to the urgent care doctor & nurse I saw on 6/15/25. Thanks to her she ordered 2 urgent labs to be completed

Avoid this place by any means necessary! My wife went to this place today (7-3-2024). She arrived at 1:30pm. At 3:08pm she texted me “the guy who was before me entered to be check”. I arrived at 3:30pm to be her companion. While I was there around 8 people were taken care of, and all of them arrived after my wife and while I was in the waiting area with her. A nurse showed up at 4:48pm and asked for another name rather than my wife name and she was the inly one in the waiting room. Very poor service from the front desk and the technician team. Again avoid this place.

I had an appointment today at 12:15. I came at 12 the lady told me to sit and wait and they’ll tell me when they’ll Call me up front. There was only 2 people here while I was here as customers. I saw 6 employees at the desk. The other 2 customers were already helped. It was 12:35 and someone else walks in and they help him right away but don’t help me and when I walk up and ask. They tell me to wait more? I have to work if I make an appointment I expect to be there at that time. I understand if it was a busy day but nobody was even at the doctors office. Wouldn’t recommend going. Here

Alexandria and Ashley stayed in the Urgent Care for me. It is noted the Urgent Care closes at 8pm per website but they close at 7pm. So I decided to go but got they close to 7pm and they stayed with Me. I fell out of bed and landed on my bun.. LOL I really felt cared for… ❤️
