Walgreens Pharmacy

I went recently and the staff just seem lost and care free. I made an online appointment which they couldn't find. I had the confirmation and showed them... then had to wait. They eventually found the appointment, I then had to exit the store and hit the drive thru then the young lady was well mannered but again was slow in movement with no sense of urgency. The moral in that store is like they all don't want to be at work. Granted we all don't want to work but your job is providing a service to your community at least try to fake it for the 8 or so hours with a smile. it's just not a pleasant atmosphere

Clean location, well organized, good selection of items. Pharmacy is always packed and long lines to pick up your prescription.

HORRIBLE i waited in the drive thru for 30 min and 15 of those were infront of the window where i saw them take every guest that was in the in store line they kept walking past the window not acknowledging the entire line OF CARS that were waiting for over half an hour.

Very unprofessional, I went to pick up my prescription at around 1:30p and the guy tells me they won’t be ready until 3:30p so I said ok I’ll come back later. I get back to the pharmacy at 9p and the pharmacist tells me they didn’t fill my prescription because they don’t take my insurance….. I honestly feel so sick that I would’ve probably paid full price for my prescription had it been filled. On top of that they left no message and not one phone call to me to let me know about the insurance. As a business owner I would never want to lose a client that’s willing to pay the price if the job is done correctly. This was unbelievable and now I have to find better pharmacy.

The service is extremely slow at this location. We Waited over 40 minutes to get to the window, then had to wait an additional 10 minutes at the window before being serviced. This is absolutely unacceptable. Most of the reviews say the same thing, at what point is an adjustment made?
