Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. My almost 10-month-old son was referred for feeding therapy. I called this location first and was told he was a good fit. After that, I received multiple calls asking detailed questions, and I was offered an appointment for the first week of April. I accepted and specifically asked to be notified if anything opened sooner. Yesterday, I was contacted and told there was an earlier opening at a nearby location. I was assured that the OT professional had reviewed my son’s case and confirmed they could provide feeding therapy. Based on that confirmation, I scheduled the appointment. Less than one hour before the appointment, they canceled, claiming my son “does not meet the age requirement” for OT services at their locations. This is completely unaccepta

I wish I could write a review of my experience with Little Champs. However, I can’t because every appointment gets cancelled. I’ve had appointments at the Fort. Lauderdale clinic and the Coral Springs location. Once, they called me days before to let me know we needed to reschedule a Monday appt. I said okay and we rescheduled for later in the week, Thursday or Friday. That Thursday/Fri was cancelled the day of the appt, after my daughter was already late for school in order to make her appt. I had another appt for today. I got all the way to the office for them to tell me it was cancelled because the provider couldn’t come in til 10:30. We had a 9am.
