My husband stayed here for short-term rehab, and the care was excellent. Janelle in admissions was very supportive and explained everything clearly. Aides Yolande and Paul took wonderful care of him, and Shenette, the supervisor, was always attentive. The therapists went above and beyond — he came for therapy, battled Covid, and was soon up and walking again! He’s currently in the hospital, but I’m confident he’ll continue to receive the same great care when he returns.

My grandmother call this place home for 15 years until she pass away. The staff has been more than amazing they treated her as well as us like family. The facility is always clean & orderly. The patients are very well taken care of and happy. Everyone goes above and beyond in everything they do. It was a pleasure to have my grandmother spend her last years here.

When I first arrived I had a hard time adjusting to my new situation. I met this young lady by the name of Lakisha (Guest Services) she turned my frown into a smile with her loving energy, kind words to comfort me. She also made sure that I had a ride to my discharge location. What ASSET she is to your company, and I know I’m not the only resident that she caters too. Before starting therapy I thought I didn’t need it however after I completed it I realized how important it was too me. Everyone was amazing after I allowed them to assist me. My stay at Palms Care was Great. I recommend it for REHABILITATION, and LONG TERM CARE for your love ones.

I was very skeptical about having my father stay at a Rehab Facility. He had a very negative experience, at another facility in December. However, I was happily surprised on his care at The Palms Nursing Home and Rehab Center. Highly recommend.

My stay here was amazing! The residents, staff, and doctors were pleasant. The food was good. The therapy staff was amazing. I was able to receive my rehabilitation. I will always come back here if needed or recommend to anyone.
