The facility didn't smell it does at similar places, there was a pleasant smell and the staff were attentive to our request and needs for our blind dad. Lillian and Zoe were very helpful and courteous on my first visit. Thank you very much.

i just got done, no kidding, asking for two days for a mucinex and last time i was changed a big tall woman of color came in, asked me what i needed and left never to be seen again, until i called my daughter to call them and tell them what happened and she was pissed but she brutally changed me. i have PLS and every joint in my body hurts but she wouldn’t stop hurting me no matter how much i tried, she be left me sitting on a bare mattress with no shorts , sheets or pillows. and she left the huge pile of soiled clothes and sheets laying on the floor in the middle of the room. i have never been treated like that by any cna before, she basically throws your food at you and is the rudest laziest cna i have ever seen she’s even rude to my family. . i can’t fit my chair into any bathroom here

Our visit today to San Marcos Rehab was awesome. They are amazing staff who are all very caring, attentive and kind. The atmosphere seems very relaxing and family oriented. The place is very clean and well kept.

My mother is receiving good care in a warm and friendly environment at San Marcos Rehabilitation. Great visit today. We're great full to the staff.

My first visit here was amazing. My partner had been admitted a day ago. The facility is clean and as soon as I walked in, I was greeted everybody and the staff was smiling. The place smelled amazing. I am super happy and feel So much better that my partner. Please end a nice facility getting the care she needs
