Review for the Fast Lane Clinic I rarely submit critical reviews, as I understand that occasional delays are part of medical practice. However, this experience reflects a pattern of inefficiency that merits attention.I checked in at 12:30 p.m. with only two patients ahead of me, yet by 2:15 p.m., I had still not been seen by a provider. When I inquired about the delay, I was told that the physician was performing tests and attending to chronically ill patients. If that is the case, it may be more appropriate for those appointments to be conducted in the main office rather than a walk-in clinic environment where prompt service is expected. Ultimately, I left without being seen, as it appeared that the value of patients’ time was not taken into consideration. This is not an isolated event

Fastlane clinic is my first choice when I need medical attention in a hurry. They're fast and efficient and I always feel better for going there. I saw Mary Hartman during my most recent visit and she was attentive and prescribed exactly what I needed to feel better fast. I love this place.

The care, actual time spent with their patient and attention is greatly appreciated and so important to patients already not feeling well and nervous. This walk-in clinic is number one for patient care!

Family atmosphere caring listen to all your concerns and remedy them! Been here several times with me my wife and my 2 sons always a safe clean place!

Horribly organized office. -Even when they tell you that have sent a referral, they haven’t. -You call and are told you can come for fasting bloodwork. So, you go, check in normally, but then the phlebotomist discovers that the orders are wrong, and then the receptionist says you can’t get your blood drawn.
