RRH Family Medicine - Brockport

There was a pregnant nurse, all I asked her was to bring me more chairs to my waiting area. I have a client with disabilities and her parents came, and there was no room for her parents to sit. The pregnant nurse was rude. Did not help us and actually told us that one of us had to leave meanwhile right next-door to us they were More people waiting than us in a room. Terrible experience and the pregnant nurse had a nasty attitude.

I’ve been going to this facility for 2 1/2 years now. I have dealt with the lab, ex ray, and the general medical office. Everyone is wonderful, polite, caring, and efficient. I recently went to their mobile mammogram unit. The staff was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and I was in and out within 20 min. I highly recommend using the mobile unit. I haven’t dealt with the OB/ GYN office or physical therapy, so I can’t comment on them.

Brockport Family Medicine use to be a great place. Use to be, but not any more! The front office staff has become full of nasty rude arrogant workers. They are terrible at their best. Completely untrained and unprofessional. At first I didn't believe all the bad reviews and what people were saying about the facility. Don't know if it's because of the pressure of the covid19 situation, or how badly they are treated and payed by Rochester Regional Health. They have also undergone personnel changes with the front office, so that could be the problem to. Doctor Martha David and the PA Brenda Spencer are wonderful people. The one dr here should not be in practice always late always questioning what they give for medicine. I waited in a room one time for over an hour while this dr was telling jokes to the staff ! I can no longer go back because I missed 4 appoiments in which only 2 were my mistake the others on them! I would think twice before considering on this medical group to be your Dr. On one good note the nurses are awesome.

Fine for check ups but definitely subpar on prenatal care. They don't take the time to educate, I never saw the same doctor, mideife or N.P twice and it was just not a fun experience for my husband and I. We decided to change offices mid way through our pregnancy.
