WellNow Urgent Care

Everyone was wonderful. New experience being diagnosed over computer. Jenn was wonderful and covered all the bases. She was right on. I feel better and can breathe. My chest tightness is gone and my sinuses are loosening up too. I recommend the Wellness center highly. I wish Jenn was my PA. Sincerely, Char Fuller. Xo

Zero stars!! Don’t bother making an appointment, they will not honor it. One patient had been here for over an hour and a half past their appointment time so this is a common occurrence. I’m not here because I’m sick either and I have to wait in a room full of coughing people for my turn even though I made an appointment. Go somewhere else. Edited to reply to owner; I understand waiting, I have no problem waiting in line. But when patients have an appointment, we make that appointment to avoid said waiting. If you don't honor the appointments and make us wait anyways, what is the point to making/having an appointment? Especially when it is for occupational reasons and not because I am sick. I shouldn't have to be "squeezed in" (exact quote from your secretary) when I made an appointment

Brockport Well Care is always my first choice when I need urgent care. The staff is very friendly, understanding, and helpful. I have never had a bad experience there and will continue to use the Brockport Well Care facility. I also like that you can’t schedule your appointment online, which is a great asset. I’d give them zero stars if I could! Since it was a 20 min drive, I called ahead and was put on a list by the automated system. We showed up and they refused to see us since it was a half hour before closing. When we asked why they couldn’t see us when NOBODY was in the office, they said that they tried to call the number listed and weren’t seeing anymore walk-ins. Let me say this again, ZERO patients in the office. We checked the phone and didn’t have a missed call from them. What’s sad is that we just wanted to know if my son needed stitches and they wouldn’t even tell us that. While I’m sure that their lawyers would tell them not to advise us, it still would have been nice to know. I’ll never go back to WellNow urgent care. I can’t imagine they actually care about their patients but you

My work sent me to WellNow for a physical. All the staff that I had contact with were very friendly. The woman that drew my blood got it on her first try and I didn’t even know she was done! No bruising, which I usually do. The Dr. was pleasant and didn’t rush. I was pleased with my visit. The office was very clean. The Halloween decorations were awesome. I have never been to such a fun waiting room. They offered coffee, a full sized arcade game with different games to choose from and, they had a slush puppy machine and Halloween candy.
