Honestly, I was very nervous trying a new dental place after years with another practice, which I loved. But Dr Barber and her team and Sam, the Hygienist made me feel welcome from the start! I appreciate the thoroughness and attentiveness that is given to me. I don’t feel rushed and my feedback is valued and respected. The front office staff definitely sets the stage of how to welcome clients with a smile and politeness!

You can tell from the first minute walking in the door that you will have a better experience than anywhere else. I was greeted with smiles, and a staff who truly took the time to help me feel comfortable and understand every step of my visit. I have been working with group dentists, to whom I was just a number, for far too long. It was so encouraging to finally be treated as an individual. Thank you Brockport Smiles.

I was hesitant to have crowns put on my two front teeth that have been cracked and slightly discolored for years, primarily because years ago, my mother had had several crowns put on her teeth by someone else and I hated the result. They were longer and larger than her original teeth and made her look 'horsey,' and you could also tell from her gum line that they were not her own. I expressed my concerns with the staff and asked that they duplicate the look of my own teeth. When they put my temporary crowns on, they were still too long for my liking. I again expressed my concerns, but they assured me they would be addressed. Still, I was apprehensive when my appointment to have the permanent crowns put in arrived. I was thrilled with the result. 10 outta 10 recommend. Everyone was so nice. Personalities were warm and inviting. Didn't try to "sell" me on anything. Offered several different options and solutions to my problem, along with pricing so there weren't any surprises. Went above and beyond on a new patient visit and in that moment I decided I'll never go anywhere else. I watched children and folks with disabilities come in and be treated with kindness and compassion. Nurses come out to chat, so that they felt comfortable and confident. I don't think I have ever in 45 yrs of life walked into a dental office that was so warm and inviting. I had changed to brockport smiles during Covid by a friend for an emergency visit. They were able to squeeze me in and take out all of my previous fillings and use new technology to improve my teeth with inlays. I have had these for 5 years now and have had no problems! Their kindness and compassion is unbeatable. Thank you brockport smiles!!!
