Bateman Orthodontics

Both my girls are treated by Dr. Bateman. Everyone is incredibly nice, and the office is more of a “family” feel than just an orthodontic office. You can tell Dr. Bateman takes pride in his work, and cares about his patients, and his community. He does a lot of the kids that come there, and I think that makes all the difference. He always takes the time to answer any questions we may have. His assisting staff are always such a pleasure to work with as well. My girls absolutely adore Brittney and really look forward to seeing her when we go there. I can’t remember the name of the others but they’re all equally as kind and caring. My youngest daughter just finished phase 1 of her braces today and Brittney even made it a point to come out to the waiting room to see her smile without her brace

I took my grandson here for braces consultation, they were very helpful and honest about the process. I really like the fact that they didn’t give me false expectations. They told me from the beginning they will submit the request to insurance for approval, and will advise if it’s approved. It was and he now has braces. Thank you all so much. Great office staff. I will recommend this office to anyone and everyone.

I went to this office as a child, and now my son has fully completed his braces journey with Dr. Bateman. We had nothing but excellent experiences with the brockport office, and I would highly recommend them. Also, very rarely do the front desk staff seem inviting in places like this, but I loved all of them here. You're greeted with many smiles during your visits. I can't think of a single complaint.

The staff at Bateman is always so sweet and friendly. They’re definitely very accommodating when it comes to their patients and hearing out any concerns. I was in the process of my invisalign aligners and they were willing to take off my attachments for my wedding!

Dr. Bateman and his staff are professional and friendly. They consistently go above and beyond with their patients, always making not only my daughter but myself feel comfortable and they make us laugh every time we are here!
