Karen was wonderful. Such a great massage. My neck and shoulders were especially sore and tight. I couldn’t lift my right arm without it locking up and it was so painful. Now I am happy to say I can lift my arm easily. I definitely recommend Karen and family massage. I can’t wait for my next appointment in a few weeks.

I have known Karen for more years than I care to admit 😀. Friendship aside she is a phenomenal massage therapist. My daughter and I have been using here services for 3-4 years now. She really listens to you. She is very knowledgeable and has numerous suggestions to help you. Many times I have received a text about an exercise or an essential oil or an herb to try. She also continues to educate herself. I love when people still grow in their field. To me that show a true enjoyment of what you do.I have recommended her before and will continue to as she's one of the best in Monroe County.

Karen Anne is the best!!! She's so professional & caring! She takes time to figure out exactly what you need and the massage is amazing! I was there for relaxation but had some neck pain...she took care of both!! Highly recommend!

Very professional, very communicative. She took the time to understand what I needed from my visit. Reason for visit was for a pinched nerve that's been bothering me for weeks. After one visit and some rest, I already have a lot of mobility back in my arm.
