Arrived by ambulance for a neurological disorder in my kneck to only sit in a room for 5 hours in pain,ignored. The assistant nurse was rude! She left me with a pic line that I told her hurt an wS bruising my hand. She never returned. I was left to suffer. I would never treat a person that way Retire court offer

My mother and I was at the Rosenberg building in the ICU and my mother ask this nurse name Megan to change her to a clean hospital gown and Megan the nurse was so rude and unprofessional she took the same dirty gown from the ground and threw the dirty gown at my mom and she begins to laugh at her for no reason and said to her in a rude way what am I suppose to do I'm not changing you go do it your self and she left the room laughing.

This is a newer building then the Shapiro building this building is located on the West campus where as the Shapiro building is located on the East Campus there is valet parking as well as handicap accessible drop off a information desk right when you walk in and to the left when you walk in the lobby there is a place where you could get Goods like coffee, water Etc but when you take the elevator to your floor when you get off there's a sign pertaining to having food and drinks on the floor the elevators are to the left when you enter the lobby straight down the hallway
