Customer Reviews
I had been resistant for years about going to physical therapy, but many months of foot and achilles pain was keeping me from running so I decided it was time to commit. Kristyn was incredibly helpful and reassuring. She was always very transparent about her methods, how we were rehabbing and why, and above all, helped me to become independent. Her hands-on methods and dry-needling were an incredibly important part of the recovery process, and I would recommend them to anyone having similar issues.
Ripple and Dr. Chris came recommended to me, and I couldn’t be more impressed! I highly recommend Dr. Chris to anyone seeking physical therapy. He’s not only knowledgeable and skilled, but also incredibly personable and easy to work with. He’s been instrumental in my recovery, mobility, and strengthening. His expertise in dry needling was especially helpful during the early stages of my injury.
I’ve been working with Kasey for a few months and have never felt better! She’s helped me to become stronger and have better management over my chronic pain issues. She’s knowledgeable, attentive, and personable. I enjoy working with her, and I leave every session feeling better than I did walking in.😊
I’m an active personal trainer and high school PE teacher, so I’m constantly on my feet and putting my body through a lot. Leading up to my Hyrox race, I knew I needed to invest some time back into recovery, so I went over to Ripple. I had dry needling and some soft tissue work done, and it was exactly what I needed. The staff was knowledgeable, professional, and really took the time to explain what they were doing and why. They dialed in on the right areas, and I left feeling looser, more recovered, and ready to perform. It’s not easy to find people who truly understand the demands of training and everyday life movement, but Ripple nailed it. Highly recommend for anyone serious about their training or just looking to move and feel better.
I had a great experience working with Jules to get ready for my first half marathon and manage some on and off knee pain. She listened to all my concerns, explained things well, and gave me a solid exercise program to help prevent any future issues while building up my training.
