Radiology at Boston Medical Center

This place is awful no water in the bubblers for my daughter who has to have a full bladder before her ultrasound! Unacceptable!!

I tried to reschedule a very important appointment for later on in the day and the woman who answered the phone yelled at me and said they don’t have same day appointments and the next one was on Thursday so “did I want it or not?” I calmly said “no thank you, I won’t be around. When is the next available after that?” She sucked her teeth and said “July.” So I hung up. BMC is constantly and consistently a place where I find that my doctors are wonderful and all other staff leading up to them are unnecessarily rude and abrasive. If you don’t like your job or where you work, there’s plenty of other opportunities for employment in the medical sector here in Massachusetts.

I've been to radiology a few times now. I've always been seen in a timely manner, and the staff have been very friendly, efficient and prompt. I usually show up early because it's quite a trek to get out to Boston and I fear being late. This latest time I showed up pretty early and they got me in right away anyway. Good stuff.

Slow service, they really need professional people over there . Appointment 4:00 They take more then one hour .. wait 2 hours wt is that

The people working at the front desk are nasty, I couldn’t believe it. I have had to go several times and literally every time. They move at such a slow pace that even when you’re a half hour early you’re lucky to make it in on time. They talk down to you. It truly is an awful environment.
