Publix Pharmacy at Monroe Pavilion

I always praised them to family and friends. I can't do that anymore. 6 months of trying and they never have the prescription. It's like they don't care or try to have it in stock. It's a shame. I can't believe I'm saying this.... walmart is better about having it, SMH!

Dannika is excellent. She is a real asset to the Publix Monroe pharmacy. Professional, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. We couldn't have asked for a better experience at any pharmacy, and we are very appreciative for her help.

I live super close to 2 other pharmacy but have moved all my perscriptions here because they are so fast and always send updates when the perscription is ready. The line moves pretty quick even when it's a little backed up. Twice now they have had a concerns about a perscription called in and they have called to ask before I've even left the doctors office. I'm very thankful that they don't make this little chore a hassle. I also love the drive through for when I don't need anything else so I don't have to bring a in a sick kiddo.

I will be going out of my way further from home to find better customer service and compassion from a pharmacy! I went in store after calling 10 minutes prior to confirm expecting to find convenience and ease due to my busy schedule. Instead it took an hour plus to get both my kids a single flu shot. Don't expect to get shots administered from trained professionals who understand their patients or even bother to listen when it comes to the patients body! Don't expect the counter associate to do their basic functions without ignorance, lies and attitude! The older American women was the worst of all since she seemed to be the most experienced and also the most disrespectful! She would be wise to keep her opinions to herself while working for a company in the business of serving. Not impress

I have been at Kroger for 20+ years! I never realized how good another pharmacy could be but OH MY GOODNESS!!!! I didn't have to wait days upon a week for a medicine. It was filled quickly and I received a call. Andy was VERY helpful when I picked my first prescription up at this Publix and helped me when insurance hadn't been ran. What a pleasant surprise to have someone pleasant to deal with, knowledgeable, helpful! SO pleased. Thank you, Andy!
