Georgia Urology

What a total disaster it's been dealing with Georgia Urology. I had surgery scheduled for 10 days, on the day of surgery they called me asking if I could come in an hour earlier than my original time. After arriving I was surprised there we so many people in the surgery waiting area. Turns out their laser machine wasn't even at the location. How could that be when it's their only surgical site? After finally arriving 4 hours late we were told it's not operating correctly and we all would have to reschedule our surgery dates. Why did they call and ask me to come in an hour early? Our doctor listened to make decisions for the best next steps. The receptionist who scheduled tests worked to have necessary tests done quickly with timely follow up. We were so appreciative of the care we received.

Dr.Allen is a wonderful man. Very considerate. Answered our questions. Let us know what to expect next. My first experience with a urologist was a good one. Oh, and the front staff and nurses were great as well.

Over one hour waiting. Was in the room so long that the lights went out on there on. No one checked on you, it was like you weren’t even there. Could hear staff laughing and cutting up. Oh wait the lights came back on when I moved. Hellacious. Still waiting…..

I saw Ms. Adity today. I learned quickly that I was in very good hands! I’ve been a patient there for five years and I’ve seen other providers who were wonderful, as well, but she shared new ways of managing my bladder and I appreciated it so much! She was very kind and knowledge.
