Piedmont Urgent Care

The first time I went here, I was very impressed. They were kind, thorough, and took great care of me. The price also wasn’t bad, even after I had tests and meds and everything. This time it was an entirely different crew. Rude and rushing the whole time. Would ask a question and then interrupt and talk over me when I tried to answer. They didn’t take time to take care of me. Doctor didn’t even come near me to check my throat. She stood about a foot and a half away and pretended to look. No meds. She just told me to use Flonase. Only saw the doctor for about 3 minutes. They charged me $301 after insurance for this disaster of a visit. Also, that was after I signed paperwork that said they would not charge me more than $299. Total waste of money, and really rubbed me the wrong way. Will not

It was easy to check in the lady at the front desk was wonderful. I got to the back quickly and the tech was very attentive. But then I waited for probably 30 minutes for someone to come in. The PA was very nice. He did a great job but I felt I was there way too long for what needed to be done. I was there right at two hours. Took everyone too long to do their job. I will definitely go back if I need to. They were very good And professional. They did not seem to be very busy at the time I was there. But a wonderful job was done.

Super fortunate to have this clinic in our area. Warm, friendly but professional staff. Each person i met was great. X-ray services in clinic made for a quick response in no time. Ill go back there when nessary.

The staff, receptionist, CMA and the NP were all very nice and professional. This was my first visit there and I would definitely return if I needed to visit an urgent care. Highly recommend

I recently visited the Monroe Piedmont Urgent Care for concerns of having the flu. The entire experience was great. I was treated at the front desk in a timely manner, checked in and called back shortly after my appointment time. The medical assistant was very pleasant. He got my vitals and swabbed me for the flu immediately to avoid any delay. My provider was Raina Griswold who was great. I was out of there within 30 min of being called to the back. The facility is nice and clean and all proper hand hygiene was followed. I highly recommend this facility.
