My mom has been at Park Place Nursing and Rehab for almost a week now, and I truly could not be more pleased. Every single staff member we’ve encountered has been kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. This morning, Sadelyn was my mom’s aide, and she did an amazing job, my mom had a fresh shower and looked so good. It brought me so much peace to see her so well cared for. I also peeked in on the rehab program, and they are running a fantastic operation. It’s clear that they are intentional and invested in their patients’ progress. This place has been a pure blessing for our family. I am so thankful to Jesus for making a way for my mom to be here. From the aides and nurses to the front desk staff, intake team, and concierge, everyone has been excellent. I plan to learn more names because

I had the pleasure of meeting Raphael, who personally went to pick up my grandmother, Ethel Blackmon, from Cambridge and safely bring her to Park Place for rehabilitation. From the moment we connected, he took the time to ask thoughtful questions and gather meaningful information about my grandmother as a person—not just relying on hospital notes. That level of care and attention truly meant a lot to our family. I would also like to sincerely thank Stephanie in Admissions, who helped make everything come together. She played an important role in starting the process and helping navigate the transfer from Cambridge to Park Place. Her guidance, coordination, and professionalism helped make what could have been a stressful transition much smoother for our family. When I say I am absolutely

Unexpected injury brought me to Park Place. I am from out of state, but was made to feel like being home here. Such nice caring people and great team work. And everyone working here seems happy here. My memory isn’t what it used to be and there are so many special people/ you all are all appreciated.. Nadia, Kirkland, Rosalie, Lisa, Chef O, Marie, Deborah, Lydia, Melina, Dr. B and Faith to name a few. I felt like Faith was my own personal assistant. She was awesome! Thank you all. God bless you all. Sincerely /Jean Culleton

Wish I could give a MINUS REVIEW. was called 1/13 just after 7am, told my husband had a fall, that 2 attendants picked him up and put him back in bed. When the 20 days that Medicare paid 100% of the room was up, I had been told (& have paperwork) showing I was to pay $210/day. My ins said I was to pay $50/day and Park Place wasn’t about to write off $160/day. In less than 5 days they submitted that he was INDEPENDENT to dress himself, to walk with a walker, manage a wheelchair himself and he was evicted 1/24. If our 2 sons had not been at our home to help him he would have fallen face first trying to enter the front door. Less than 24 hours at 3am on 1/25 he fell, wasn’t able to get up, 911 helped him up and had to hold him as he couldn’t stand on his own. Transported him to Northside unti

Park Place Nursing and Rehab facility is a wonderful organization with lots of hard working dedicated loving and caring employees. My mother had a fall while visiting me, and after a six day stay at a hospital, she was admitted for rehab services at Park Place where she stayed for 18 days . My mother was very apprehensive because she speaks very basic English , her native language is Spanish, but we found several employees who spoke Spanish and made her feel at ease, besides everyone of the employees she interacted with treated her with lots of care and respect. She felt very comfortable and loved by all of the staff. She had Physical Therapy sessions everyday in the mornings and I was able to visit and spend time with her daily , we had lunch together and spent all of our afternoons going
