My husband just started his ortho journey with braces 11/6/25 and he is supposed to have them 2 years. So we will see but so far we have had a wonderful experience. From the consult to them communicating with our dentist on a tooth that needed to be pulled to getting the braces on it has been great! He has had 2 brackets pop off and a bent wire due to no ones fault and they got us in immediately to fix the issue. We will see how it goes! I love their rewards hub which is unique and fun for the kids for sure! Their lobby is homely and clean. All the staff is phenomenal
I stopped in for rubber bands for my son (he has braces from another Orthodontist) and Ashley was awesome! I didn't know what size and she gave me both sizes! Highly recommend these folks! So willing to help!
Iv always came to the Monroe location, Dr.Gray is a wonderful human being. His staff is always thorough, gentle, respectful! I love this and high recommend
Best orthodontist I’ve been to yet and they are very gentle with your teeth and my most recent assistant Ali was very nice and gentle make sure to go to her she is the best!
From the minute we pulled in, we were welcomed into this beautiful, clean office. The staff was amazing, kind, and knowledgeable. Dr. Gray made my daughter feel comfortable and at ease through the whole process. We would not go anywhere else!! Highly recommend.
