Peachtree Immediate Care - Monroe

THIS PLACE WAS AMAZING!!!! The staff were extremely kind and considerate. I tried going to the hospital for a severe sore throat and all they told me was take Tylenol. After the weekend was over I called early Monday and they got me in within the hour. It took the doctor 5 minutes examining me to know I needed antibiotics. I recommend anyone who is really suffering to go here. They listen to what you're feeling, and try their best to get you feeling better. My sore throat is already feeling a little better, and to think I had to suffer all weekend because the hospital "couldn't do anything"

The nurse I had listened and gave me the correct medicine that I needed that I knew worked. Have had the same issues with my respiratory system my whole life and she listened. The last time I was their, the nurse didn't want to listen. The time before that the nurse did, so I asked this visits nurse to see what I was given then because it worked, and she did this time. Im already starting to feel better. Thank you.

For the last week I have felt like my ears were stopped up. Tried home remedies but it didn’t improve at all. I made an appointment online and filled out the new patient paperwork on my phone. I arrived a few minutes early and was immediately greeted by the front desk. She was very nice and professional. In no time at all I was called back and a very nice young lady took my vitals and asked me questions about my chief complaint. I think her name was Jasmine. Jasmine was very professional and she presented as very capable at her job. When she had completed her assessment, the doctor arrived in less than 10 minutes. I felt like he was thorough in his exam of me and I was ultimately placed on an antibiotic because I had an infection. From beginning to end everyone was so helpful and cour

Got a text that said “it’s time for your visit” at 12:45 for a 1:04 appointment. I thought that was a positive thing. It was not. Still waiting over an hour later. No other patients are here.

I really love Dr Boyd! I've known him for 20 yrs and hes never changed. Hes always been polite and thorough. His nurses are good as well. Front desk isn't as polite. And I had to wait for 1 hour 1/2. But other than that the experience was great
