Primary Care of Western New York

I thought I left a review before, but looks like I didn't. I have been seeing Dr. Gallucci for a couple of years now. He is very thorough and attentive. I never feel rushed and do feel listened to. Between my anxiety and physical issues, he is very understanding and empathetic. His PA Nick is just as awesome. I have had to see him for sick visits, and he is just as empathetic and also does not make me feel rushed. Everyone I have interacted with, from the front desk, to the medical assistants to the nurses have all been nothing but kind. Once you're a patient, it's best to communicate via the patient portal. I get replies the same day or the next day from everyone I mentioned above. Everyone seems to work together so that you don't fall through the cracks, or feel ignored. They also went

My Dr was very nice and listened but I'm sorry to say I've received more thorough evaluation of my concerns after just one appointment at my new Dr, who already caught several things my Dr here missed. The PAs seem inexperienced as well.

Hello. I didn't want to leave this but I'm realizing it's my job to share my experience. My doctor was great but I had to leave the practice because of the receptionist(s)/staff. The last 2 times I called, I was on hold for over an hour before hanging up. The client portal wasn't responding. I needed to cancel and *could not* afford the cancelation fee. I was calling 3 days in advance, then again the next day and still couldn't get through. So I left over 8 messages on the client portal to which someone replied "we are allowed up to 72 hours to respond," somehow conveying resentment towards me through the message. The receptionist(s) were just *mean* and it was so upsetting because no one calls the doctors office for fun, we call because we need help. This is a common occurrence at a lot o

Dr. Katie Rodriguez literally saved my life i was in the hospital 3x in span of 2 weeks and kept telling them i believed i had a blood clot. hospital dismissed me as a panic attack and sent me home! if it wasn't for dr. Rodriguez pushing for a doppler they would have never found the bloodclot that's was sitting in my jugular vein!!! god only knows if i'd still be here if it wasn't for her ! i owe her much more than a thank you! she's patient, empathetic, kind and takes what her patients are saying very seriously. one of the most amazing doctors i've ever had the pleasure of being a patient of! seriously there are no words to show my gratitude towards her and her team! even the receptionists here are kind and caring, they notice the people coming in and out and are genuinely the friendliest

Unfortunately, I just had the worst experience ever for a doctor's office. I had a urgent care follow up and I was running behind due to tornado and power outage near my office. I called the office waited on hold for 21mins to let them know I will be there before the 10mins grave period. I had a 230 appointment I walked in at 2:39pm. The front desk person went and told another people who then came out yelling me that it's 242pm and I need to reschedule. I explained all the above to her and she did not care. How is this a place that provide care for patients? There was no regard for my illness or the effort I made from Hamburg to Kenmore in a Tornado.
