Trinity Medical Primary Care

I really like this place at first, but now they are always "too busy" to answer. They process scripts very late at night making them unavailable for you to get your meds same day. Not only that the staff behind the desks have grown to be extremely unprofessional and rude in the past years. Actively looking for a new doctor. Don't waste your time here

Very professional, courteous staff! Whenever, I have a question or concern, they are quick to answer both through the online portal or by phone. Dr. Fasanello is extremely knowledgeable and has en excellent bedside manner. I have been seeing him for years now, and have nothing but good things to say! It is also extremely helpful that the office is located at Kenmore Mercy Hospital. If you need a scan, oftentimes they can send you right into the hospital immediately after your appointment. Great to reduce the amount of appointments you need to set aside time for!

What an amazing and well-run primary care facility! I’m not big on going to the doctor. Dr. Fasanello is outstanding! He had a specific plan in mind to take care of several medical needs I had. I felt better within 24 hours. His Nurse Practitioners and staff are all knowledgeable and friendly. Located right at KMH; testing and further specialized care is right there! You have choices in primary care. Don’t mess around.. Go to Trinity.

Don’t schedule an appointment with them if you actually want a secure appointment for how long they schedule out. I scheduled an appointment over half a year in advance. Got a call today (one week before my appointment by the way) that the person I scheduled an appointment with is “no longer in practice” and they cancelled my appointment and their other physicians were already booked months out… ?????? I didn’t want to worry and assumed they’d just schedule me with someone else in a timely manner since I had made this appointment OVER HALF A YEAR AGO- but they didn’t even give any solution. They just don’t care. Never scheduling an appointment with them again. Waited over half a year for NOTHING and no solution.

Friendly and helpful staff. Its nice to feel welcome while they do their job. A friendly environment makes these things easier when you're nervous about your health.
