First time coming to the pharmacy. I called to ask the price of a script because I don’t have insurance. The fee was very reasonable. The staff here was welcoming and friendly and my script was filled while I waited. Might have cost $5 less to go to a big name pharmacy. This was totally worth it to me! 😊😊😊😊

Kenmore Rx is a fantastic pharmacy. All of the staff are pleasant and very helpful. The pharmacists are knowledgeable and will spend the time to talk with you and answer all your questions. I’m so glad I switched to this pharmacy.

I am a nightmare patient having, numerous allergies,Celiac disease( cannot have wheat rye or barley, life threatening to me) and I take a pain medication. Each pharmacist and staff member I had a dealing with, treated me with kindness and respect, unlike the big W pharmacies. I was surprised that the costs were different,apparently the insurance companies prefer us paying customers to be treated poorly 😕. I am a disabled senior on a ridiculously low fixed budget because after working a solid 35 + years myself , in health-care as an a RN, I became ill. I am willing to take the hit on the $ rather than be treated horribly.

I've never had an issue with getting my scripts filled (so far) But I went today for a covid vaccine and the older woman at the counter was SUPER unhelpful and rude. I didn't end up getting my shot. If the pharmacy responds to this and says it's because I didn't meet the qualifications it's a bunch of bull and they need to educate themselves on who qualifies. Yes, you qualify if you are immune compromised but you also qualify if you have other health conditions (see pic below from the walgreens pharmacy website) So rather than trying to help a customer i was just dismissed. My husband, who is immune compromised was able to get his shots, he waited 25 minutes while the 2 workers meandered and helped and talked to every other person in the store, then finally the pharmacist decided to take 5

I’m so happy I switched all my prescriptions to Kenmore RX. The ANSWER THE PHONE!! They are so responsive and nice. I’m getting my prescriptions on time without and trouble. If you’re having problems with the local chain like I was, join me at Kenmore RX.
