My husband and I both see Dr. Alex, and we absolutely love her. It’s such a relief to have a doctor who truly remembers us and our progress each week, so we never have to re-explain ourselves. She always gives helpful tips and exercises to work on at home between appointments. Dr. Alex genuinely cares about her patients—her goal isn’t to keep you coming back forever, but to help you feel better so you need her less and less. We really appreciate her honesty and the fact that she’s clearly not money-driven. We can’t recommend her enough.

I have been coming here for massages for years and they are incredible. I have had so many massages across Buffalo and they have proven to be the best. Molly is so thorough and comforting, she makes you feel truly relaxed. Jesse is welcoming, kind and listens to what you want/need. They both go over the experience at the end and educate me on things I could be doing differently to help with any aches or pains I may have. I have never had a bad experience here and will never go anywhere else!

I had a couples massage here for the first time and absolutely loved it. Both my husband and I had a fabulous experience. He’s also used their chiropractor services and loved it. Nice place, friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Dr Hannah Yorks, as well as the entire Peak Performance staff, are the absolute best chiropractic staff I have ever experienced. They all are extremely caring, they listen, they work around any complications you may have and never have a face stuck in a laptop like most doctors! I call this staff miracle workers because I had a herniated disc in my back that 3 months of sports therapy, at 3 times a week every week, did nothing for. 5 visits in with Peak, I no longer had pain shooting down my leg. In less than 12 visits, I no longer had a herniated disc. Ive been coming to them for regular adjustments ever since! Their massage therapists are outstanding here as well! I will always shout great things about this office. Absolutely love them! 💯

I feel so lucky to have found peak performance now that I live in Buffalo. I’ve been under the care of many chiropractors and so far, Alex has been amazing. I also saw Raemell for a 60 minute massage and he was wonderful! He listened to what I was looking for, was personable and also professional. The location is great, easy parking, on time appointments, a clean and nice environment to receive care. 10/10
