They have been there for my son Adam Wade who is Brittle Diabetic, they have always made sure he has was he needs. Our patient care coordinator has been working with us and been very helpful and supportive. His name is Jessie Cayabyab. I thank him for his service and appreciate him.

Lyn is very patient and proactive in her work. She follows up diligently and communicates clearly, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently. Her persistence and helpful attitude make it easy to work with her.

My 6 year old is a type 1 diabetic. He is now going on his second week without his omnipod 5 prescription filled. They have given me the run around and continuously blame my son’s endocrinologist. A prior authorization should have been gotten 2 weeks ago. I have asked for a supervisor twice to no avail. This is beyond frustrating. I have asked to switch patient care coordinators to no avail. If they don’t get it together I am going to have to find another pharmacy to get my sons supplies from.
