Place.is always clean, dr Pratt is awesome! Very nice, walks you through what he's doing, very respectful ! And kind.... Highly recommend going here to get your prescriptions, other places I've gone to just gave me a headache, and always seemed not right, but Dr. Pratts takes his time, makes sure your certain on your choices! And listens and answers any questions you have!! My husband, children, myself and members of both our sides of family also go here and we love it!!!

I had an irritated eye, what I thought was allergies. On day three I had to make a 2 hr drive to San Antonio, but my eye was bothering me so badly that it made driving unsafe. In desperation I pulled in this optometrist office, hoping to get drops for the pain. When the receptionist asked if I could come back in two hours, I was going to bag it, but Dr. Pratt walked by, saw I was suffering, and said he'd squeeze me in. Thank God, because it wasn't allergies. It was a embedded metal shard (a few days earlier I had been cutting metal roofing, but wearing very good glasses, so I was confident that the problem was allergies). Dr Pratt removed the metal, and removed the rust stain. Very professional -- very, very competent. ...And I am SO glad I stopped here instead of my local minor emergency

Dr Pratt was very polite and respectful .His receptionist was such a doll.The office was extremely clean and organized. It was me and my husbands first time going to his office and we are very impressed .Needless to say...he will be our new Eye Dr.I highly recommend him to everyone.

I have been going to Dr. Pratt since moving back to Texas from Kansas City. He was recommended by an Optometrist in KC. I don't go as frequently as I should but I have been extremely pleased with Dr. Pratt and his staff. Top notch eye care, friendly service and ease of making appointments are why I go back every time.

Fast Affordable, same day sometimes, Great staff over all the years always The best! We tried all the rest with Realty moving Insurance changing and Id still drive an hour to pay Him directly. Good on ya mate
