WOW!!!! This URGENT care deserve it rights in the AJC. The staff front desk was proficient in her job, smile and very knowledgeable. Then the triage nurse, she personable and ease my fears and her mannerism was impeccable. Then we have the Doctor, she entered the room w/ humility and was one to serve immediately. She gave me the male & mabe not. After examining me she was correct on what she thought the concern was. And her bedside manner was A blessing from the creator 🙌. Fast service. The person seeing me was very respectful and I felt heard and understood when I explained my symptoms. Missed my original appointment during to what got me sick in the first place and I was still able to get seen. Not to be rude but if I am sick I'm showing up the same day maybe not the exact time.

Do NOT bring your child here. I took my one-year-old daughter here around 6:45pm and was seen around 7:30–7:45 PM and the experience was terrible. The doctor walked in without knocking, didn’t introduce herself, and immediately said “what’s wrong?” with zero bedside manner. After I explained my daughter’s symptoms, she barely looked at her and prescribed an ointment without running a single test for flu, COVID, or anything else. The very next day I had to take my daughter to the emergency room because she wasn’t getting better. At the ER they actually did their job and ran tests. my daughter tested positive for COVID. It’s very concerning that a doctor would see a one-year-old with symptoms and not run any tests at all. The lack of professionalism and proper care here is unacceptable. Pa

I am a long haul truck driver and I needed to see a doctor about a UTI. I looked online and found Piedmont Urgent Care on Austell Rd was near me. I scheduled an appt online and showed up early for paperwork. The appearance of their facility is welcoming, clean, and comfortable. The receptionist that checked me in was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was called back for my appointment within a few minutes of my appointment time, very impressive!! The medical assistants were all welcoming and friendly. The nurse practitioner was very informative and answered my questions and gave me options, explaining all clearly. Being out of state and having to see a doctor or nurse practitioner is a bit scary, but this facility was absolutely awesome!!

I don't normally see the doctor outside of routine care, but after not feeling too well that was progressiving, my husband encouraged me to at least visit the urgent care to rule out a few things. I was able to make an appointment for the time that worked best for me. I also registered online so I didn't have to upon arrival. I arrived early and within a few minutes was called back. The front desk worker, the nurse, and the nurse practitioner were all extremely helpful and thorough. From arrival to leaving, with a filled prescription in hand, was less than 30 minutes! I hope that I don't have to visit again anytime soon, but if so, this will be my first choice.
