EDIT: The owner just called my daughter and handled it very professionally. He apologized for his employees unprofessionalism and was very heartfelt. We really appreciate that type of customer service that you usually receive from a long time family business! Thank you Mr Petricone we will definitely give your business another try! I wish I read the reviews first!!! My daughter is in there now picking up a nebulizer for my 2 yr old grandson with RSV and they are complaining as soon as she handed them the script. Saying to the other employees “they hand these things out like water ugh!” Another employee is mocking a male customer and being so so rude!! I wish I never came here I should have went to Doyle’s where they are professional and treat you with respect!!! Management needs to addres

Not gonna lie had really high hopes for this pharmacy. I go there for my elderly mom and she has been prescribed with several meds and it was overwhelming for me to keep up with. I liked that they did the med box and delivered. But every month since i’ve been there i’ve had to chase down her meds. I call and the guy that answers is rude. And tells me to call the drs because they already sent a fax. Because ya know i dont work or anything. They never deliver it on time. You would think if a medicine is almost due to be filled but they wait until the last day. So now she goes several days without her meds. Guess i’ll be switching back to CVS.

They put you on hold . The refill line works but you will never get your scrip. And they tell you they will send it right out & they Lie 3 diffent people tell you one thing and the next day oh we had too ordered it . Then never get it . I called 6 times on one scrip . I have been with them over 10 years . I'm finding somewhere else to go. If I had treaded a customer like this , I would have LOST my JOB .

WORST PHARMACY EVER! This is undoubtedly the most disappointing pharmacy experience I've ever had. From the moment my husband and I entered, we were met with rudeness. I've never been treated so poorly without cause. One staff member, whom I believe to be the head pharmacist, comes across as bitter and takes out his frustrations on customers. On my first visit, he referred to me as "you people," implying something derogatory. After he thought I left the store, I overheard him speaking negatively about me by name. They have made us wait for two hours to fill one or two prescriptions, even when there are no other customers present; this has happened twice. The pharmacists create an uncomfortable atmosphere, often making it seem like we are the ones at fault and a burden. Even a younger staff
