I came to Dr Johnson to just put a new thin covering over my orthotics that I had since 1999 that worked well . My covering was broken and torn up so I asked him to place a new lining on the shoe and that's it . He send the orthotics to the company called solo company to refurbish them . The company changed the orthotics that I couldn't wear them . I tried for two days to wear them. The company put a black heal and a heavy padding on the shoe . I didn't ask for those changes. I paid 80 dollars for that . I returned to Dr Johnson to ask him to remove the extras and change the lining to my old lining . I even brought the old lining to show how thin of a lining I needed. Regarding the negative review above, these were not even orthotics I had made, so I was doing her a favor even servicing them. I sent them out for servicing and she didn't like the way it was done. I sent them out a second time, she didn't like the second adjustment either. I refused to send them out a third time as I had already lost $ trying to do her a favor and I was getting attitude. Again, these were not even orthotics I had made. There was no yelling involved, that is not like me and that is a gross exaggeration.
