This place is amazing. The staff is incredible the dr is great . I couldn't ask for a better vet. My poor cat was have problems after he got fixed . I called they got him right in and took great care of him . Thank u so much .

I've been taking my pets there since they were at their old location and I highly recommend them. Very affordable care, and truly caring staff. From 4 pets I'm down to 2, (bunny and one of my 3 dogs died), and they were very thoughtful and compassionate. I will continue to bring my furry family members there. Thank you Dr Kropp and staff. You're a God sent! Look at the before and after of the dental cleaning on one of my dogs. Amazing!

This is a great place to take your pets. Very gentle with pets and very compassionate towards your feelings for your pets. I have been going here since Katie started her practice on Rowe St. She treats your pet as her own.

They gave me a price on the phone them upper it at the end of the appointment. The Dr is great but they lie about the prices. I think they make up there own prices. The front girl's are rude and not professional. I'll be looking for a new vet. I contacted the BBB because I didn't ask for all these test. They new we were just there for rabies and distemper vaccine. So they said I didn't have to pay for the rest. Because they did it on there own with out telling me the prices.so if they give you a price on the phone that's all you have to pay. Except for medicine so don't pay it call the BBB. Then get a attorney.They took a check and was to hold it until the 3rd of Dec. 2025 but didn't and now I have to pay a fee. This is being looked at with a attorney. Don't trust these people. She's a lie

Thankfully, they were able to take us on short notice. The staff was friendly with a less than 2 minute wait to be seen. The vet was wonderful. She gave us our options and the emotional support we needed. We parked alongside the playground and there was a ramp to get to the door.
