I wouldn’t let my worst enemy use this facility. Terrible. They ignored my client. She’s a quadriplegic and a choke risk on a feeding tube. They gave her no drinks no attention she came home with a terrible uti because of neglect. They were rude and mean to her. They weren’t even giving her the medication she needed.

Lovely setting in Schuylkill County. Facility is spotless and employees go out of their way to accommodate the needs of the residents. Numerous events take place and there is a large game and activity room where you can even grab a coffee, tea or hot chocolate. There is a very nice dining area with a view of the adjacent courtyard where you can go outside and enjoy the fresh air along with the delicious food they serve. A very inviting and comfortable area for church services and prayer anytime is also provided. You can hold private events there also for a resident.. Kudos to the administration staff, physical therapists, events coordinator, game room staff, cleaning people, doctors, nurses and assistants and anyone else I may have missed for making the residents and families feel at hom

Great trunk or treat night!! The residents loved handing out candy and seeing the costumes. I was visiting my mother in rehab, and loved what I was seeing. Great job Greenwood!!

Therapy was excellent —girls are very knowledgeable and nice. There were a few on patient care staff that were very nice and a few that you can tell didn’t want to be there.

This facilty and staff are def the best ever. After a terrible exspeirence i had with my mom with another facilty that left my mom needing full care such as being hand fed alleals and drinks and bed ridden. The staff here took full control. They sat with me and my concerns and developed a stratigic plan to care for my mom. They didnt offer no lies of a miracle at all. Expectations were for her to maybe eat by herslef and use a walker. Cufrwntly my after the long and great care she recieved shw can walk.by heraelf and we can take her shopping and home visits. My mom feeds herseld and is on a non restrcotive diet. She also participates in all of the activotoes they have to offer. Im not sute what care your loved one may need. I will say come find out for yourself reach out to me and my mom
