Bright Smile Dental Art

The staff is absolutely amazing at Bright Smile Dental Art, I truly can not say enough good things about my experiences there. I recently started going there this year. Today I had a dental issue and they fit me right in. I have zero anxiety stepping into their office from start to finish! Thank you for being so great!

I gave them one star because the receptionists and the other techs were very nice. But the dentist was awful. Never explained the procedure he was planning on doing. Gave me no options. Did not tell me what it would cost for this procedure. Then he was going to start working on me before asking if I was wanted to proceed. I will not be going back to this office. I'll either have the tooth pulled or get another opinion from a competent dentist. (This dentist also told me that if I got this tooth pulled that my other teeth would have to work harder and rot faster).

My family and I have been coming here for close to a decade now from when it was Sherry Dental to today. Throughout that time, it has always been one of the cleanest offices of any kind I’ve been to. The staff is always very friendly and does a great job with me and my kids. The only issue we’ve had over the years was related to an insurance problem that wasn’t the fault of anyone in the office. Definitely would recommend to anyone in the area needing dental work.

Honestly, great experience. They got me in fast, the staff were friendly and professional, and they really went out of their way to help. I felt like they actually cared and understood my situation. Everything was handled smoothly. Definitely recommend this place!

Today was my first visit at this office after having a horrible past few months with another clinic. Everything is very clean and everyone was so nice and reassuring. The hygienist and dentist I had today doing my examination did all they could to put me at ease and they were very detailed in answering any questions I had or in giving me information in general. Thank you to ALL of the staff for what you do. 5/5 stars, I would recommend to anyone looking for a thorough, patient and gentle dentist!
