I am a senior with vision and dexterity difficulties opening sealed tablets. Erica is very patient and kind. She noted this on my account. The tablets will be removed from manufacturer packaging and placed in a vial. Thank you very much, Erica!

Staff are efficient, not friendly. Perhaps overwhelmed by influx from Rite Aid. Hopefully they will smile and become personable soon because we need and appreciate them. Space is small, offering no privacy. Waiting in line, I heard personal data of people ahead of me and drive-thru customers. A sound-proof partition should be attempted as this poses a HIPPA breach and identity theft opportunity. Wishing Shafer's much success!
