Well about 2-3 months ago (if not more) I was told I needed a root canal asap and that I had an infection in my mouth that they were afraid was going to get into my blood stream. My insurance finally approved of the root canal after about a month of waiting and now they won’t pick up any calls from me or any of my family that try to call. I understand you’re under staffed but not picking up when I call everyday multiple times sometimes is more than an understaffing issue

I give 1 star because the staff is very nice but Dr. Shen is a joke, had plate made and kept telling her it wasn't right, it was crooked,took it back waited 3 weeks just to have same issue, she then told me my lip was crooked? Like really? My lip is not crooked, gave me appointment to come back in 2 weeks and when I went back to have it fixed she flat out refused and told me to go somewhere else, who does that? Very poor business,would NOT recommend,wasted 2-3 months for the whole process just to be told she didn't want to fix it

The doctor and her staff are so responsive, patiently answering questions, limiting wait time, and providing stellar maintenance instructions and follow up care. I've been their patient a few years and recently received a bridge--somewhat complex due to sinus proximity. Dr. Shen ensured I experienced NO pain, helped make it affordable (I'm insured), and assured me I could contact her 24/7 for any issues (none!). This team earned my highest recommendation--and I'm a dental chicken. You can confidently trust them to make YOUR best interests the priority.
