I was given a new dosage, but for some odd reason, only half of it was sent to my pharmacy since it required two different medications. Since I was under the assumption I was supposed to take one pill every other day, I was taking half the dosage for over 6 months. Then they criticized me for their mistake. I wish Lancaster General would of not sent me to this negligent hospital. But customer service is great. The reps seem like the only that care about you.
I am happy about the endocrine team for their support and understanding with patient's needs and lifestyle.
Dr. Macaluso was rude and condescending after he was running an hour late on his appointments.
