CVS Pharmacy

Normally, my experiences are good when a human was involved. Instead of asking for my name and birthday, my clerk just pointed to a new large screen that asks you to type in this information before they get your prescription. What, I guess CVS feels is a quicker way to get your script ended up taking 4 times as long as the screen had significant difficulty sensing my finger touches. I had to “start over” two times. I was so frustrated with this new system, I was close to leaving. Interaction with real people remains a better “experience “ than dumping people to technology. DUMP THOSE MACHINES CVS !!!!

It would be great but there is no internet in the store. I can't use the CVS app INSIDE THE CVS STORE!!!! Why have an app that can't be used INSIDE THE STORE??

Being a long time Rite Aid customer for over 25+ years, I was sceptical about trying a new pharmacy. My Insurnace plan changed and switched to CVS/CVS Caremark 1/2025. The transition was easy and I've always had a pleasant experience everytime I walk through CVS. Thank you CVS and Keep up the good work.

I cant even speak to a real person when i call. They sent me off with the wrong prescription.

The Pharmacy staff are very helpful, and they explain our questions in a way that we can understand!
