My mom came in by ambulance and they put her in the waiting room instead of a room. Like they are supposed to do when you come in by ambulance. The woman at the receptionist desk was very rude to my family when asked ETA on being taken care of. Was told that if they didn't like the wait time they could go somewhere else. Back story out of town mom had fallen and was taken by ambulance to be checked. You could see she had hit her head and needed attention she was in excruciating pain. All on her right side from the fall. She could not stand from her injuries. They brought her in and put her in a hard plastic transport chair and left her in the waiting room. She sat there for over 5 hours without being checked. Finally gets back to be checked and x-rays and CT and 12 hours later we find ou

Nurses were very friendly and the ambulance responded quickly but I just felt like every time I came to the ER I spent hours there at one point I literally fell on the ground due to losing my breath with my asthma attack and all they did was put me in a wheelchair I had to wait hours to be even seen. And also took a while to get a nurse when I rang the bell for help to go to the bathroom or anything like that. Also a real lack of being informed with what was going on or when I would see a doctor and when I was told I was getting checked out to go home it's still took another two and a half hours until a doctor came acted surprised that no one had seen me and said okay go ahead

I'm a truck driver and I go to a lot of different places. On May 3rd. in Hershey, Pa. I was at the Loves truck stop and had a small accident but was bleeding a lot . The ambulance was called the paramedics and the State troopers that showed up were very nice and professional. I got to the hospital and things got even better(I bet you thought I was going to say worse) No, everyone that I saw was great, from the administration lady to the nurses who took my vitals and the two Doctors that saw me.
