PT and OT are excellent at this facility. Can not say enough how excellent this was especially with Marc and Krista and all. But the nursing staff completely opposite. Some nursing staff was very good especially on their second floor, 1st floor forget it. Spent 2 wks there for broken arm. Bit my tong at first but, next to last day could not take it anymore. Only had use of one arm, asked nurse for help to pull pants up only response for third incident response was what you going to do when you go home, nurse refused, told her to get out leave me alone and get my discharge papers. They then agreed to move me from first floor to second floor. Incidents include, missed dinner meal, refused to help to use urinal, completely wrong dinner and I had to order out for dinner, rang call bell for toi

My mom came here following a short stay in the main hospital for a brain tumor. She really liked the staff here, at the rehabilitation hospital, they were friendly, kind and gentle with her and were very helpful. The nurses there took great care of her!!

After a serious car accident my husband was inpatient for 2 weeks. He had three surgeries in less than a week prior to transferring here. Leg traction. Plate in hip. Broken knee. He was in excruciating pain most of the time. They refused to properly treat his pain and did not offer a consult with pain management. Dr. Prowse refused to listen to him and made him lay there suffering for days. Pain medicine can lead to addiction but so can refusing to adequately control someone's pain. I wouldn't send anyone you care about to this hospital because they will not help or provide individualized care. They will let you lay there, suffering and crying in pain. I do not recommend.
