I cannot say enough good things about this practice. All of the staff I've dealt with (hygienist, billing, reception, check out) have been very nice and extremely helpful. The hygienists I've spoken to about the problems I'm having (caused by my previous dentist) have been so empathetic, supportive, encouraging and helpful. The dentist I had a consult with was also very understanding, sympathetic and informative. And finally their specialist (extractions, root canals) set my mind at ease as well. I like having alternative options (such as no fluoride, ozone, homeopathic remedies, etc.). I cannot believe the level of excellence & support I've experienced so far. Wish I had come here sooner. I don’t ever review, ever… until now. I chipped a front tooth and called to see if I could get an appointment before Christmas. They got me in right away. Emily was incredible! She said “ I’m just doing my job,” But it was much more. With the waiting room full, she took her time like I was a family member. She apologized for being a perfectionist, but that is what I appreciated most. she loves her job, and that shows!Thank you for fixing my smile, Merry Christmas!

Don't get suckered into their "Sweet Tooth" package. Life happens. Family members die. People have to relocate. Settle estates. Because I called about 9 days past my Sweet Tooth expiration, they refused to even honor ONE of the two included cleanings and X-Rays. I only asked for one since I was partly at fault. They refused. So I paid $399 for absolutely nothing. And they were OK with that. Thieves.

I had a scheduled cleaning appointment that I was 15 minutes late to due to a traffic accident. I called ahead to let the office know I was running late, but when I arrived 15 minutes late, they told me there was not time for my cleaning and I needed to reschedule. I traveled an hour and 15 minutes for the appointment ( recently moved from the Hershey area but liked the practice so wanted to remain a client), so rescheduling, it’s not an easy option. I understand the need to maintain a rigid schedule in order to finish on time, however, I was extremely frustrated as I was a client in good standing for the past five years. Will not be returning.

I was a patient here for a few years and I’m leaving this office due to many issues. Back in November 2024 I had an appointment and they said I had a cavity when I was having new issues. They ”fixed” My cavity and my bite was off. I had to come in four times to have them grind down the filling more in my bite is still off and my tooth is very sensitive to this day and I can’t chew on my upper right side of my mouth. I’m now trying to switch offices and when I call them to get my records, I’ve left numerous messages no one has ever got back to me. I sent their office text messages and they’re claiming they don’t have any records of the text messages. I’ve noticed over the years this office has become very unorganized.
