Horrible. I am hypothyroid, my mother is hypothyroid. My hypothyroidism was not managed well during my pregnancy with my daughter, which can affect the fetus. Her TSH levels are elevated (three blood tests confirmed) and Dr Soto-Rivera will not treat her. Hours on hold to get through to a person, awful communication. Complete waste of time. We are filing a complaint with the state.
I tried to schedule an appointment with this group and the staff could not be any rudder despite me being referred by my prediatticia who is also part of the Boston network. I had to call three times and they hanged up the phone on me….
