Went with my daughter for a Vaccination only to have Dr Melina pinch her! She told me to calm down because it was just a shot and she didn’t pinch her when I saw it with my own eyes. Dr Melina should be fired.

My child was very ill, and I contacted the office multiple times, but I was repeatedly told that the condition was normal. My child’s condition worsened significantly. The staff were very rude and dismissive. I would strongly advise against taking your child to this doctor.

Went here for 10+ years, i see some people complaining about the new NP but she’s not the problem, she actually listened to my concerns which dr nahar would usually say “it’s fine” (i did ending up having a pretty serious issue that now is a huge pain to treat), the main issue is the front desk is genuinely horrible and disgusting. I have no idea where they hire them but they first of all take forever to pick up, just put you on hold out of no where without warning and just stop speaking. I asked for my referral via email ( which they have done before) and they told me to come in to get it… I tried explaining how i need it for my doctor visit which is tomorrow and they said to come to the office which I couldn’t make on time. So now I have to wait another 2 months to fix a serious issue. L

Very crowded and doctors specifically are very rude to the parents and have no patience to listen parents worried for childrens . Sometimes give wrong and unsuitable medicine to children

Today I really had a bad experience with Dr Melina, she is so rude behavior with patients. Today I take my son she’s Ozone park office my son had problems hear 👂. Dr Melina told me hold the baby then I said I can’t hold the the baby alone please call a nurse as possible Dr. Melina suddenly get angry with me and she hurts my son hear 👂 (3) years old . Still my son had hear 👂 pain . It’s really terrible moments I never see like that doctor before 😢. Dr. Melina so rude attitude and terrible doctor ever ….
