Dr. Patricia Brown is truly one of the best orthodontists I’ve ever been to. From the moment you walk into her office, you can feel how much she and her team care about their patients. She takes the time to explain every step of the process, makes you feel comfortable, and never rushes through appointments. The office is clean, professional, and welcoming, and the staff is always friendly and attentive. Dr. Brown’s attention to detail and passion for what she does really show in the results, my smile has never looked better. I highly recommend Dr. Patricia Brown to anyone looking for high-quality orthodontic care and a team that genuinely cares about their patients’ experience and results!

Dr. Brown and the Boston team are the best around, most reliable and professional. I had braces from a different office and city, I was shopping for new doctors and Dr. Brown was willing to take on my braces (usually they need to be removed) made adjustments to continue alignment and negotiated a rate. I was able to get my braces removed prior to completing payment and left with a wonderful smile. Dr. Brown and the Boston team, thank you for everything!

Dr. Brown is a lifesaver! She stayed way after normal business hours just to help my daughter whose braces wire broke unexpectedly. She is an amazingly skilled, knowledgeable, kind doctor who is devoted to providing the best care to her patients.

This is the worst practice I have been to in my life. Dr. Brown and her secretary are incredibly rude and unprofessional; they do not know how to speak to people. I felt patronized, talked at, and unwelcome in their office. Not to mention, the retainer they made me fit terribly. Do not go here.
