Ozone Park Pharmacy

The doctor sent a medication to this pharmacy and insurance covered it, but they’re not giving the medication to patients. The manager, Rayhan denies getting the prescription but then he gives me a few and tries to sell the bottle. Selling prescription-only medications without a prescription is illegal. This whole business is a scam and needs to be shut down.

Vary bad I asked him to deliver one of my medicines cause it was an emergency and they didn’t like. What kind of customer service are you guys like you guys even if you guys are calling you guys shouldn’t call a few minutes before you guys close to pick up the medicine. Very bad customer service

Love this pharmacy,employee is very professional and helpful..I have been with this pharmacy for the last 5 years , and there has been doing a very good job,whenever I call for a pick up, thy always prepared my meds on time for me....(especially Sohail a big thank you to him),and the pharmacist Yasser and don't forget savi too.. Sohail is very kind and patient with customer's...I will always recommend this pharmacy.Thank u S Ally

Switched out of this Pharmacy a while back. I had a very bad service when I called them a while back, the guy just hung up the phone when I really needed this medication and was explaining my situation. Also in person, they are very rude and unhelpful. This place deserves to go out of business!
