Northwest Corner Dental : Drs. Clauss & Wojewoda

The Hygienist and the Dentists are wonderfully nice people and they did good dental work. However I had 3 issues with this business which is resulting in me switching to another provider for my dental care. 1st Incident: After my procedure was completed I called to schedule the followup appointment. I was met with a "Don't call us, we'll call you." I felt brushed off but if it's their procedure then it can't be helped. It wouldn't matter as much if they actually called me back. 2nd Incident: After waiting 4 weeks I called again to be met with "Oh, they dentist didn't write down what they wanted with you." I asked about the temporary filling I received and worried about its expiration and was told "Well what are ya, chewing rocks?" Being forgotten and then having that quip afterwords felt

Obliging, caring staff, especially Dr. Kelly Clauss. She takes the time to explain everything she is about to do and is very patient in answering any questions. I visited Dr. Clauss after having received an outrageous estimate for dental work from my previous dental services provider. Dr. Clauss made her own assessment of the health and condition of my mouth/teeth. She then performed what dental procedures were actually necessary (not nearly as complicated or invasive as I had been told!!) and she saved me a couple of thousand dollars in the process. I'm still not a fan of going to the dentist but I am most appreciative that my care is in her hands. I highly recommend Northwest Corner Dental and Dr. Kelly Clauss. (Hygienist Kristina also did a great job!)

So my Father Richard had a stroke a few months ago and he had an appointment here today. The staff was kind, caring, compassionate, and sensitive to my father's needs. Our family has been coming here for 30 years and it's never had a bad or negative experience. I would continue to recommend anyone to come here.

Dr Claus is the best Dr in this practice. Every time I’ve been to Dr Jeff he screws up. Filling not done right, had to be re-done once, caused me to visit the practice over and over again to fix his mistakes. This practice has never been the same since Dr Coutant retired unfortunately

Well qualified dentistry. Attuned to the needs of each patient. Efficient staff within a beautifully landscaped setting. Each office has large windows showing off the setting in the Litchfield hills. I find the natural beauty surrounding the office helps put me at peace. Dr Wojewoda and Dr Clauss have the latest dental equipment, offer potential concepts for dental needs which allows patients to make decisions to be expertly carried out. I highly recommend this dental practice 😊
