Both my wife and I use Northern Medical and was going to bring my sick child to their pediatrics to see about a possible switch since our current pediatrician is sick and further away. They refused unless we guarantee to switch and should really come in for a consultation first. Really? Bring my kid in when not sick, sorry...there’s no better way to see if we like you than to see how you would treat our sick child. Office manager is rude, upset my wife, so then I called. In today’s environment, you have to earn our business and after this, I may pull our family completely away. Too bad, my nurse practitioners have been very nice. Your office staff is your front line, someone should educate them on better customer service. The answer I got after they refused to see my child was “we are not

When scheduling my yearly physical, I was told my doctor was no longer part of this group. Odd, I was never told my Doctor would be leaving. Anyhow, I scheduled my physical with a current one, and the experience was the first time I ever decided to get up and leave a physician's appointment. After waiting :45 mins past my scheduled time, the doctor I saw was unkept, rude. He asked if I had a flue shot this year, and I responded that I had not. He then asked if when the last time was ... never and I said that I wasn't there for one, just a physical. He looked at the nurse and told her to go get the flue shots ... unacceptable. Next, as a healthy middle age male, I discussed with him my health and fitness routine and supplement levels, he asked "do you have a medical degree?" excuse me?? .

Ditching my old doctor and coming over to Dr Alina’s office has improved my lifestyle and I’ve lost a lot of weight/diabetes treatment. She’s the best and the office staff as well very friendly and professional.

Love this place and Dr Aleena is amazing. She listens to your needs and is very professional. I don’t think these reviews reflect how the office has changed. There are new staff, etc.

I've been a patient with NMS for 20+ years, pleased with the care that I've received over the years, HOWEVER my complaint is the difficulty in getting through to a real person when calling and this is NOT a post-covid phenomenon. On average, I have to allow 15 minutes to accomplish anything, FIFTEEN MINUTES (no exaggeration, you can check my call history) IT IS AWFUL. Just now I was the 10th caller in the queue and 12 minutes in, someone picked up, very quickly said 'please hold' and put me back into prerecorded musical hell, I waited another 4 minutes before hanging up. I called back and was the 11th caller in the queue and waited another 10 minutes before getting through just to ask a quick question. 26 minutes of my life that I will never get back :( Please, please please you must do s
