Dr Smith is amazing. His demeanor and personality truly makes one feel safe and comfortable before the drilling begins. He is also obviously very skilled. I’m quite pleased with the outcome of each visit. His staff also welcomes everyone with a warm smile and will hold your hand if needed. Five stars indeed!!!

I am very pleased with my visit to Dr. Smith and staff. I am a new patient and I floundered around after my other dentist that I saw for ten years retired. I had a very good feeling about Dr. Smith from the start (from other things I heard from people I knew) and from talking with him and Tracy. I feel he is very competent and TRUSTWORTHY!!! Debbie the hygienist was very GENTLE, and competent. She gave me some good tips on brushing. I recommend them.

Dr Phil Smith and his staff are one of the best I have met ! Right from the first greeting to the clinical appointment and the good bye , they make you feel special . Dr Smith has over 20 years of experience and that is evident in his knowledge and clinical work . My family has regularly followed up with Dr Smith for our routine dental hygiene since 2014. He is friendly and makes me and my son , equally , comfortable . May it be a regular check up or an emergent dental situation , Dr Smith is there and provides the necessary clinical care and recommendations . I've been a patient of Dr.Smiths for many years and find him to be very professional , compassionate, and accommodating. If you have any dental issues that arise, Dr. Smith will make sure you get an appointment and will take the time to explain the issue and answer any questions you might have. He is extremely knowledgeable with first class service. His staff is very caring and goes out of their way to make your visit as pleasant as possible.

Dr. Smith had put a cap on a molar of mine that had a bad cavity. After one year the cap fell out and there was a rotten smell from the molar. I brought the cap to Dr. Smith and told him about the smell and insisted it was nothing and put the cap back in place. The next morning I woke up in severe pain, called Dr. Smith and he said that its fine to just rinse with salt water. The following day pain was even worse and an abscess had formed. I went to see Dr. Smith a second time and says now the tooth needed to be removed. I went to an oral surgeon to have the tooth removed and the surgeon informed me that the infection had eaten deep into my jawbone. I was treated with antibiotics from the surgeon. As a 62 year old grown man I have never had such an unfavorable experience with a dentist. “B
