My family and I have been going to Lake Mahopac pharmacy for many years. Nagi, the pharmacist and owner, greets us by name, very Knowledgeable and helpful. He truly cares about his Customers. I love the feel of a small town business.

I really like supporting local business like this one instead of chains, but several times throughout the summer the hours were incorrectly posted. Several days the store closed much earlier and it was very unfortunate. The door listed early closings but the pharmacy closed before those hours. Instead of listing the change of hours on the door, the store should list the hours and changes on the voicemail announcement so people don’t waste a trip to the pharmacy.

I have been a loyal customer of Lake Mahopac Pharmacy and Surgicals for years, and I can confidently say that Nagi is the best in the business. His expertise and dedication to customer service have never wavered, and I am always impressed by the level of care and attention he provides.
