I am usually very anxious about dental work after a bad experience else where. Today, I had two cavity fillings with dr Raphael, both him and his assistant were so kind and supportive. They worked so smoothly and promptly so I didn’t have to be anxious for too long. THANK YOU! I have also been there for all my cleanings and my dental hygienist is the kindest most gentle man. I am very happy with the work they do here.

I just had a dentist appointment for a filling, and I can’t express how grateful I am for the experience. Every single staff member was so professional and genuinely kind — they made me feel comfortable, safe, and truly cared for. After years of walking into dental offices with panic attacks and fear, having Dr. Raphael work on my filling felt like a completely different world. For the first time, I felt calm. It was such a gentle, reassuring, and honestly life-changing experience for me.

We were extremely upset about how my 4 YEAR OLD daughter was treated today by the "PEDIATRIC" DENTAL ASSISTANT named EVA! EVA, The PEDIATRIC dental assistant raised her voice and irritably said "ENOUGH CRYING! We didnt even start!" to my 4 YEAR OLD girl when she did not want to continue the xray bec she said biting the xray plate gives her discomfort and she's scared! EVA's BEHAVIOR WAS UNACCEPTABLE! She should be patient and encouraging to small kids especially with children who are already anxious about the dentist! Instead, EVA's attitude was HARSH, INSENSITIVE and COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! EVA should be helping small kids have a positive experience so they wouldnt be afraid to return to the dentist and she did the exact Opposite being a WITCH, and let my daughter leave feeling m

Went for my cleaning and was warmly greeted by dental assistant Eva with a big smile which was so nice to start my day this way! She asked Donna, behind the front desk of who I will be seeing since I did not know. The dental hygienist was new to me and she took great care in my cleaning and took breaks in asking if I was ok. What I especially liked is that she kept explaining what will happen next. Communication is key. One thing to mention- The hygienist said I have to sign something saying I did not want the xrays again. I questioned why I would need another set of xrays as I just got them 6 months ago. When she read my chart it was 6 months. Overall, good experience.

Called today to try and get my child an appointment for her first time at the dentist. The receptionist was highly condescending and rude, i backed out on scheduling the appointment and decided to look else where. When i get the receptionist name i will leave another review. Highly dont recommend this place (sidebar: the rude receptionist mentioned their main dentist is going on maturnity leave until February) so it didn't make sense to continue scheduling.
