New England Baptist Hospital

Dr. Andrew White operated on me in August of last year. I had surgery in Worcester the prior year which left me in more pain than I started. New England Baptist and Dr. Andrew White gave me my life and retirement back. Dr. White is a gifted surgeon. I'm glad that I trusted him. I have no pain and can walk and enjoy life. My husband and I are now enjoying the retirement that we dreamed of. Best hospital and best doctor. We are eternally grateful.

I had my second hip replaced by Dr Daniel Ward at the New England Baptist Hospital on Monday . I do not have enough words to explain on the amazing treatment from start to finish , if you live anywhere in New England you need to have any joint replacement at this facility it is the best in Boston top to bottom. Surgery was cancelled less than 24 hours before the assigned procedure date due to poor coordination between units. I spent weeks planning my leave from work and they could not figure out who should order the tests. Surgery is postponed indefinitely.

Cant speak to the quality of the docs/center itself because I didn't get that far. Receptionists are miserable. Common I know (why is this so acceptable today??), but it was that bad that I couldn't tolerate the struggle it took to book an appointment. A shame because last time I saw a doc there 5 or so years ago they were great from top to bottom.

The surgical department at New England Baptist Hospital is outstanding. I appreciated the compassion I received by the whole health care army I had Robert D., Joseph B. And Micheal T, and so many others I can not remember. Extra special thank you to Dr . Paul W.🤲🏻
