I had a great experience. Tanya PA. helped me get over a cold. She diagnosed and set me up for my procedure with Dr. Knight. I met him and he took good care of fixing my sinus issues. I'm greatful how quick and well my procedure healed. Thank you so much. Great people! Thank you Sinus Institute!

If you have a baby under two I would not recommend this location. We are from ABQ, but were referred to Los Alamos because our pediatrician was so concerned about our daughter’s repeated severe ear infections over a three month period. This was the fastest appointment we could get, so we drove 1.5 hours there and back. They were friendly but we left the appointment not feeling heard or our concerns taken seriously. In our consult we were asked if we could just keep our daughter home from daycare as a solution (um no?) and also suggested that perhaps she had not had even had ear infections at all (??) when we had confirmation by our pediatrician and multiple urgent care visits including emergency bloodwork. I never got my excuse to return to work, through email, but that was our fault because we didn’t request it at the time of the appointment. I like the communication from Dr. Knight and his wonderful staff, very professional and caring. The explanation of the process was excellent. Bilingual communication was awesome!!!! Overall care was excelente!! Would recommend to all needing that specialty😍🫶🏽😊.

I thought this place was great at first, but showed up for my appointment one day and the office was closed (even though it was during their normal, posted business hours). There was no sign. I triple checked my appointment time, and i did have an appt scheduled at the time I arrived. I called the office twice to reschedule my appointment and gain clarity as to why the office was closed and I wasn’t notified (since I took time off from work to make my appointment). They never returned my call. Then, they sent an outstanding balance of approximately $100 from an earlier procedure to a debt collector within 3 months of the date of service, despite me paying the bill in full, and now won’t answer the phone to resolve the issue with the debt collectors, but the debt collectors call me every da

Professional and kind staff. Great bedside manners, spends time with patients ensuring all questions are answered. Genuinely want to help you feel your best. I've gone for ear and sinus problems and hand improved in both areas. I recently received a procedure on my sinuses and healing. Looking forward to improving!
